United Bamboo is a label and a lifestyle. Launched in 1998 and now expanded into a cultural project, United Bamboo has established itself as a pioneer in fashion design and creative collaboration with downtown artists, curators and musicians under the direction of Miho Aoki and Thuy Pham. As United Bamboo, they continue to expand their conceptual reach through collaborations with a diverse community of artists. Multidimensional in scope, and focused on fostering the new and experimental, United Bamboo’s envisioning of classic American sportswear embodies this spirit.
