***HOLIDAY 2013 EXTENDED RETURNS*** Orders placed from Dec 1st 2013- Dec 20th 2013 are eligible for Holiday 2013 Extended Returns. Items purchased at full price and at a discount of up to 30% off (sale items and items purchased with a promotional code) may be returned for full refund or exchange by January 10, 2014. Items purchased at a discount of 30% or greater are eligible for store credit only. Holiday Return packages delivered to Gargyle after January 10, 2014 are accepted at Gargyle's sole discretion and are eligible for store credit only.
Gargyle will gladly accept returns/exchanges on items in original condition within 14 days of order delivery date. This applies to regular price items and items up to 30% off (sale items and items purchased with a promotional code). Items purchased at a discount of 30% or greater are eligible for store credit. Refunds are calculated at the price paid (including taxes, but excluding any shipping costs). All items for return or exchange must be in unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition, with the original tags and packaging intact. All exchanges are subject to availability and can only be processed for the same item in a different size. Please see below for instructions on how to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns/exchanges that have not been issued a RAN will not be accepted under any circumstances. Return packages sent to us without a RAN will be sent back to you at your own cost.
In order to initiate the return or exchange process, you must email Gargyle at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Gargyle must receive your return package within 14 days of your original order delivery date. Return packages received past this timeframe are accepted at Gargyle’s sole discretion and are eligible for store credit only. Be sure to note your Invoice Number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in your email. If you would like to exchange an item, please also note the desired size so that we can set it aside for you. Once the RAN has been emailed back to you, print the email and include it within your return/exchange package.

You are responsible for all shipping costs related to your return. Gargyle highly recommends insuring your return/exchange package. You may also return or exchange your purchase at Gargyle’s store within 14 days of your purchase.
If you have received a damaged item or an item without tags or packaging, and wish to return or exchange it, you must email Gargyle within 3 days of your order delivery date to inform Gargyle of such item. Your return or exchange would then follow the RAN procedures as stated above. If you do not inform Gargyle of a damaged item or tagless/packageless item within three days, Gargyle cannot guarantee a refund or exchange.
After Gargyle’s inspection and acceptance of an item for return, a refund will be credited to the credit card used in the original purchase. After Gargyle’s inspection and acceptance of an item for exchange, an in-stock replacement item will be shipped to the address in the original purchase and any new shipping costs will be charged to the credit card used in the original purchase.
Gargyle expressly reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not comply with all of the foregoing conditions and to reject any returns or exchanges that do not pass Gargyle’s inspection. In the event that a return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be sent back to you, and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs. Gargyle does not accept responsibility for any lost packages unless there is proof of delivery to Gargyle, or for any shipping costs whatsoever in connection with your package.
