Jill Golden sold her first “jeweled” item at the ripe age of 9 – beaded barrettes to the trendy tween store in her hometown. As an adult her first professional jewelry job was in marketing for Cartier. A few years later she started designing jewelry – making earrings and necklaces for herself which friends, colleagues and strangers started asking to purchase. So, one day while on a jury duty lunch break in Downtown NYC, Jill stopped by the county clerks office and established Flutter NYC.
