BBlessing Presents Athenaeum
BBlessing has always been a boutique with interests that extended beyond men’s fashion and into art and literature. The first and second editions of the BBlessing Library, Athenaeum, illustrate (da-dum-tish) their passions in those areas.
From BBlessing:
“Over two years in the making, Athenaeum is a two-volume collection of our favorite contemporary artists illustrating classic short stories and novellas by some of the universally acknowledged masters of the form. Edgar Allen Poe as reimagined by Kenzo Minami, The Most Dangerous Game as conceived by JK5, and An Incident At Owl Creek Bridge illustrated by Kon Trubkovich are just three of the highlights – in all, ten different artists utilize their varied disciplines of graphic design, illustration, painting and photography to interpret these classics of modern literature.”
“Athenaeum will be made available as a limited-edition, manually bound, hardcover two-volume edition of 50, offered with an option of hand deckled or uncut pages, in a display box designed and crafted by BBlessing. This edition includes a custom “deckle knife” designed by Daniel Jackson of BBlessing and Surface To Air Accessories.”
